Our history

The second generation, led by Justo, Amalia, and Cándido, introduced advanced farming practices in 1982, and in 2008, the company fully transitioned into an organic farm. In 2018, we obtained the Swiss «Bio Suisse» certification.

Since 1960, our founder, Don Antonio Gutiérrez Fernández, established a family business in the heart of La Mancha Plain, Spain, a region known for its vast vineyards and Manchega sheep, surrounded by natural landscapes like the «Las Tablas de Daimiel» park and the
«Lagunas de Ruidera.» Over the decades, this small business has evolved into a benchmark in sustainable and organic agriculture.

In 2021, with the incorporation of the third generation led by Marcos, we took a step further toward sustainability by adopting biodynamic agriculture. In 2024, we earned the prestigious «Demeter» certification, becoming the world’s largest producers of biodynamic almonds. Through regenerative agriculture, we work year after year to enhance soil fertility, ensuring the production of healthy and nutritious food.
